Net One Next Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) recognizes the importance of personal information that it receives from customers, and considers the proper handling and management of personal information as its grave social responsibility. In order to fully satisfy its foregoing responsibility and continue being a company that is trusted by customers, the Company will ongoingly and reliably implement various measures on a company-wide basis and exert efforts to protect personal information according to the following basic policy.

Basic Policy

Acquisition of personal information
The Company may acquire personal information to the extent required for conducting its business. The Company will not acquire information by fraud or other wrongful means.
Identification and observance of purpose of use
When the Company needs to acquire personal information from customers, the Company will identify the “purpose of use” of such personal information and notify customers in advance. The Company will use the personal information only within the scope of the “purpose of use” of such personal information.
Ensurement of accuracy
The Company will exert efforts to maintain the up-to-dateness of the personal information that it acquires from customers.
Safety control measures
The Company will take comprehensive control measures against the personal information that it acquires from customers upon analyzing risks from various aspects by taking organizational measures, personnel measures, technical measures and physical measures.
Shared use and restriction on provision to third parties
Unless required under laws, etc., the Company will not provide the personal information acquired from customers to third parties without obtaining the consent of customers; provided, however, that the Company may share personal information among affiliates of the Net One Group (*Note 1) or provide personal information to subcontractors to the extent required for conducting its business upon taking necessary procedures and measures.

Management of subcontractors
When the Company is to subcontract services to a subcontractor, the Company will confirm that the subcontractor is properly handling personal information, prescribe matters that are required for subcontractors to properly handle personal information, and exert efforts to protect personal information.
Inquiries related to personal information
The Company will respect the rights of customers as the subject providing personal information, and, when the Company is requested by customers to disclose, correct, discontinue the use of, or delete personal information, the Company will take measures to a reasonable extent unless such measures are excluded under laws.
Legal compliance
The Company will observe the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” and other applicable laws and ordinances related to personal information.

Purpose of use of personal information acquired by the Company
The purpose of use of personal information acquired by the Company in connection with its business is as follows.
1. Business related to network solutions
  - Introduction, provision and management of products and services of the Company
  - Mailing of questionnaires related to products and services of the Company
  - Provision of information related to new products and services
  - Enhancement of products and services of the Company
2. Business related to seminars and events
  - Introduction, provision and management of information related to seminars and events
  - Mailing of questionnaires related to seminars and events
  - Dealing with requests for various materials
  - Answers and communication in response to various inquiries
3. Business related to training services
  - Introduction of Network Academy and provision of various types of information
  - Mailing of questionnaires related to services, etc.
  - Dealing with requests for various materials
  - Answers and communication in response to various inquiries
4. Business related to employment
  - Reservation of company briefing session
  - Reservation of exams and interviews
  - Examination and determination of employment or non-employment
  - Answers and communication in response to various inquiries
5. Other
  - Provision of necessary information related to the management of the Company, or for confirmation and coordination with, or making other inquiries to, customers
  - Management of entry/exit to and from buildings and facilities, crime prevention, and security
  - Confirmation, recording and dealing with opinions, requests and complaints
6. When the Company is to acquire personal information other than for the purpose of use described above or when the Company is to acquire personal information from customers in writing, the Company will specify the purpose of use on a case-by-case basis.
Purpose of use of personal information retained by the Company
The purpose of use of all personal information retained by the Company is as indicated in “1” above.
Inquiries related to personal information, request for disclosure, etc., acceptance of complaints
1. Inquiry method
  The Company will properly deal with requests from customers regarding the disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information based on the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information”. If you have any question, confirmation or complaint regarding the handling of personal information by the Company, please fill out and return the “Personal Information Inquiry Sheet”.
  In order to prevent divulgence to third parties in connection with requests from customers for the disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information, the Company may request the requester to submit documents for verifying the identity of the requester. Please also note in advance that the Company will not be liable in any way for any mis-delivery or non-delivery of mail, excluding cases that are attributable to the Company.

2. Fees
  Please kindly note in advance that, depending on the type of inquiry, the Company may charge actual costs to customers. The Company may revise all or a part of the Company’s basic policy pursuant to the amendment of applicable laws in the future or other reasons. In the foregoing case, the Company will post the revisions on its website.
